Directions for use:
If you take a shower: apply a small amount of shower gel to a bath sponge. Gently squeeze until foam forms (the foam is very small, smooth and abundant). Then gently massage, massage the skin, and then rinse the body with clean water.
When using a bathtub: pour hot water of 37-38 degrees into the bathtub, pour shower gel into the bathtub (7-10 times) and spray the foam generously under the shower. Then take a shower for about 10-15 minutes. (After 10-15 minutes, the dirty water stops foaming).
