Rice bran hydrolate (68%) has a rich composition, it is saturated with such useful substances as antioxidant vitamins (E, B) and essential amino acids, due to which it normalizes the hydrolipid balance, nourishes, slows down the aging process and improves skin tone.
The composition is also enhanced with arbutin (2%), a natural skin lightener (berry extract). It acts on the skin very delicately, causing a decrease in melanin production, which helps to lighten hyperpigmentation of any origin (freckles, age spots, post-acne spots, etc.), perfectly evens out and brightens the dermis.
